This is just the nebulizer, no transformer is included.

This is the one part of our product that we have no control over. We have tested multiple units over the years and found this one to be the most reliable, but still not perfect. We have some customers who have had theirs for years, and others have lights that go out after just a couple months. The manufacturer does not give any warranty due to the many factors of personal use. 

We want you to enjoy your diffuser!

Here is our solution - this is just the nebulizer at wholesale cost. It is USUALLY the part that needs replacing. Without the transformer it is much cheaper to ship, saving you more money.



- FILTERED DRINKING WATER is best. DO NOT use distilled water as there is not enough minerals in the water to conduct the electricity and the unit will die trying. Hard tap water or well water has too much minerals and will clog the nebulizer slowing the mist production.

- Use your essential oil sparingly. A little (3-4 drops) more often is better than a lot all at once. Too much will clog the nebulizer slowing the mist production.

- UNPLUG your unit when not in use. Either at the wall or disconnect the junction between the nebulizer and transformer. We have found this is better than using the on/off button.

    I got new the nebulizer in the mail & set it up. All the lights work, but does not diffuse. I put in plain drinking water. I was very happy with this product. What do i have to do to make it work?

    Thank you for contacting us. We do offer a 30 day warranty on the nebulizers because occasionally we do get a dud, or one that doesn't last very long. We will get a new one out to you ASAP. Thanks for being patient!
